The fine printWhat counts as a design.
One request is
- One piece of design: a post, story, poster, menu page, flyer, banner or email header
- In up to three sizes, for example feed, story and print
- Using your brand kit, your copy and your photos, or free stock images we source
Fair use
- New requests are counted per 24 hours, on working days (Monday to Friday)
- Unused requests don’t roll over
- Bigger pieces, like a full multi-page menu, may count as more than one request. We’ll tell you first
- Turnaround starts when we have everything we need

Yes. Monthly plans are month to month: move up or down, pause, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans run for 12 months and renew yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Pay for 12 months up front and get 15% off. For example, Growth is R96,900 a year, which works out to R8,075 a month instead of R9,500.
Yes. Once paid for, the final designs and source files are yours to use.
